ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND ARE NOT PRORATED FOR MID-YEAR ENROLLMENT OR WITHDRAWAL.
New Student Application Fee: $125.00 per new K-8th grade student/$25.00 per Half Day Pre-K student. This fee covers student assessments and new family processing costs. This fee is to be submitted along with application forms.
Yearly Enrollment Fee: $175.00 per K-8th grade student/$75.00 per Half Day Pre-K student. This fee covers administrative costs for registration. This fee is due at the time of registration.
Facilities Fee: $100 per year per Half Day Pre-K through 8th grade student ($200 maximum amount per family). This fee covers costs for facilities maintenance. This fee is due by July 1, 2018.
All charges and fees other than tuition will be billed monthly and are payable through PayNow electronic payment options (ParentsWeb), personal check or cash the first of each month following the month the charges are incurred.
A $35 late fee will be applied to accounts not current after the 1st day of each month (including NSF payments).
Changes to enrollment agreements will result in a $25 administrative fee charge. Please refer to additional terms and conditions on the Enrollment Contract.
Curriculum & Technology Fee: This fee covers curriculum, computer lab, paper, art supplies, testing materials, fieldtrips/Middle School Retreat and background checks. This fee is due by July 1, 2018.

Option 1: Pay for the entire Academic Year prior to August 1, 2018. Payment may be made using PayNow electronic payment options, personal check or cash. For prepayment of tuition, convenience fees will be waived when paying by credit card in the business office.
Option 2: Pay for the entire Academic Quarter on or before the first business day of each Quarter (Aug, Nov, Feb, May). Payments may be made using PayNow electronic options, personal check or cash.
Option 3: Quarterly Automated Tuition Payment (ACH) authorizing tuition (including Facilities Fee) to be withdrawn from your account on the first business day of each Quarter (August, November, February, May). All other fees must be paid using PayNow electronic options, personal check or cash. Please submit an ACH form with voided check.
Option 4: Monthly Automated Tuition Payment (ACH) authorizing tuition (including Facilities Fee) only to be withdrawn from your account on the first business day of each calendar month beginning in August. Four academic quarters is divided into 11 equal monthly payments. All other fees must be paid using PayNow electronic options, personal check or cash. Please submit an ACH form with voided check.

Financial Aid: Because of NCA’s commitment to families that have demonstrated the desire for Christian education, only returning families who have paid all fees and tuition due are eligible for financial aid. In extraordinary circumstances, as determined by the Financial Aid Committee or School Board, NCA reserves the right to grant financial aid awards on a case by case basis. Parents must demonstrate an understanding of a desire for Christian education. Financial aid is not available for application or registration/enrollment fees, toddler, preschool, pre-kindergarten or half-day kindergarten, Extended care or any other non-tuition fees or costs. Only full-day Kindergarten through 8th grade tuition is eligible for consideration. Financial aid can only be offered if space is available in the requested grade(s). Financial Aid application instructions are available on the NCA website or in the Academy office.
Referral Rebate: Current NCA families who refer a new family to NCA who have a student who enrolls in K-8th grade qualify to receive a $500 tuition rebate by completing the Referral Rebate Application and submitting it to the NCA office prior to September 30, 2017. Please refer to the Referral Rebate Process and Application found on the NCA website, on the supplemental enrollment form section or obtained in the NCA office.
Pastors: Full-time Pastors, who submit a letter at the time of registration from their Senior Pastor or an Elder confirming full-time pastoral ministry status, may receive a 30% tuition credit.
Additional Fees: Fees for class parties, auction project, musical instrument, yearbook, etc. may be collected during the course of the school year.
Middle School Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) (Required):
1:1 technology program requires each student to provide his or her own computer (i.e., lap top, Chromebook, or adequately equipped tablet with a keyboard). Refer to Personal Student Technology information on NCA website (www.ncabyod.org
) or available in the school office.
Extended Care Programs: Extended Care fees are billed monthly. Before or After Extended Care charges (billed separately) are $7.00 for the first hour, $3.00 for each additional half hour. Before Extended Care hours: 6:30-7:55am. (There is a $10.00 charge for students dropped off before 7:00am.) Extended Care hours: 3:30–6:00pm. The charge for late pick-up is $5 for the first five minutes after 6:00pm. Thereafter, an additional $1 will be charged per minute. After 6:30pm, an additional $50 will be charged. Charges are added to the monthly tuition bill at the end of each month. All Day Extended Care offered on some no-school days (see NCA website for more information). If tuition or other fees are not current, Extended Care privileges may be revoked. All fees are per student.

Northshore School of Arts and Enrichment (NSAE): NSAE offers classes, music lessons and tutoring throughout the year. Fees vary. Refer to NCA Website for more information.
Annual Fund: Within online enrollment you will be able to make a monthly, quarterly, or one-time pledge to the Annual Fund. Northshore’s operating budget is funded solely by tuition and the generosity of people like you. Tuition alone does not fully cover everything, nor do we receive government funding. While the dollar amount will vary based on family circumstances, our goal is 100% participation through the Navigator Annual Fund.
